About this package
Décor, styling & finishing touches
This playful decoration builds a 200-balloon arch dotted with heart foils and XOXO-shaped foil balloons, joined by two fairy lights and fifty more balloons spread across the floor and ceiling. It's a fun, affectionate way to mark a birthday for someone close to you, working well in a bedroom or living room set up as a surprise. Choose from palettes like rose gold and pink, red and gold, or red and black to match the romantic, playful vibe. Pair it with a name foil or love letter foil for an extra personal message. Book this XOXO decoration for a birthday celebration that says it with balloons.
