Christmas Decorations Service

Christmas Decoration at Home — Set Up by Professionals

Decorating for Christmas is the one job that every family means to start early and every family ends up doing on the 23rd, standing on a chair with a tangle of fairy lights. BalloonDekor takes that job off your list. You pick a Christmas decoration package online, choose the date and the time window you want it ready by, and a verified decorator arrives with the tree, the balloons, the backdrop and the lights — and leaves your home, office or café ready for the season. More than 5 lakh bookings across India and a 4.8-star average say the shortcut works.

What a BalloonDekor Christmas Setup Includes

Every package on this page carries the same promise: all materials, setup and decor included. There is nothing to buy separately and nothing to assemble yourself. Depending on the design you choose, a setup brings together:

• A decorated Christmas tree — artificial trees from 5 ft, dressed with ornaments, baubles and warm lights, ready the moment the decorator leaves.
• Christmas balloon decoration — red, green, white and gold balloon arches and garlands, from a 100-balloon wall arch to 250-balloon backdrop builds.
• Santa and festive foil balloons — Santa, snowman, star and "Merry Christmas" foils that make the photos.
• Backdrops with stands — customised flex, round and sequence backdrops for the family photo corner or the office party stage.
• Fairy lights and garlands — for ceilings, railings, balconies and shop fronts.

Setup takes between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on the package, and the time is shown on every product page before you book.

Christmas Decoration Ideas

Christmas tree decoration and lights

Christmas tree decoration is still the heart of the season, and it is the part most people underestimate: a bare tree takes an hour to dress well, and a badly lit one shows in every photo. Our decorators bring the tree already matched to its ornaments, wrap the lights evenly from trunk to tip, and finish with the topper — so the Christmas lights decoration on the tree, the railing and the ceiling all read as one design rather than three separate jobs.

Living room and balcony

The most-booked home setups pair a decorated tree with a balloon arch on the main wall, so the room works for the Christmas Eve dinner and the Christmas morning photos alike. If you have a balcony or terrace, a fairy-light canopy over a small seating area turns it into the spot everyone gravitates to after dinner.

Kids' Christmas party

For a children's party the Santa backdrop earns its place — a flex backdrop with a Santa foil, a 180-balloon arch and a Christmas tree beside it gives you a stage for the cake, the gift exchange and every group photo. The Christmas Balloon Arch Decoration package is built exactly for this.

Office and corporate

Office Xmas decor is where we see the biggest growth every year. Balloon branches across the ceiling, a decorated tree in reception, Santa shoes and stockings along the workstations — the Corporate Christmas Ceiling Decoration and Premium Corporate Christmas Decoration packages cover a floor in a single visit, usually scheduled after hours so the team walks into it in the morning.

Cafés, restaurants and shops

A themed café draws customers through the whole season, not for one evening. The Christmas Theme Cafe Decoration package brings an artificial tree, flower garlands and ornament dressing for the counter and seating, designed to stay up from the first week of December through New Year.

How to Book Your Christmas Setup Online

Booking takes a few minutes. Choose a package, select your city so the price updates, pick the date and the window you want the setup ready in, and pay either the full amount or an advance to reserve the slot. You receive an order ID immediately, and the decorator arrives in your chosen window with everything needed. Most setups are finished well within the booked window, and you can reach the team on WhatsApp for any change of plan.

Book Early: Christmas Is a Peak Date

Decorators, trees and inventory for 24 and 25 December are assigned days in advance, so Christmas bookings are treated as peak-date bookings: they cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, and rescheduling is not available on those dates. That is exactly why the best slots go first. If you want a specific window on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, booking a week ahead is the safe move; for a weekday office setup or a café dressing earlier in December, there is usually more flexibility.
