Frozen Theme Decoration - Elsa, Olaf and an Ice-Blue Birthday at Home
Frozen has outlasted almost every other kids film when it comes to birthday themes. The movie is more than ten years old and children who were not even born when it released still ask for an Elsa birthday. If your daughter has been singing that one song since last winter, you already know which theme you are booking.
What makes a Frozen theme decoration different from other kids themes is the colour. Most birthday setups are built on bright colours with white used only as filler. Here white is the main colour, held together with ice blue, silver and a little lilac. It gives the room a calm, frosted look instead of a loud one, which is why the photos come out so well.
What Goes Into a Frozen Theme Birthday Decoration
Ice-blue balloon backdrop on the cake wall, built with white, ice blue and silver balloons. Character cutouts of Elsa, Anna and Olaf are fixed on or beside the backdrop, and the size of the backdrop is what separates a basic package from a premium one.
Snowflake work - paper and foil snowflakes on the backdrop, hanging from the ceiling and stuck along the walls. This is the small detail that decides whether a setup actually looks like Frozen or just looks blue.
Foil balloons - the age number in silver or blue, foil letters for your child's name, and snowflake-shaped foils placed through the setup.
Ceiling and cloud balloons in white and pale blue, hung at different heights so the room feels covered rather than just one decorated wall.
Cake table with a white or blue table cover, balloon clusters on both sides and Olaf props around the cake. Olaf is usually the character younger kids run to first.
Entry decoration - a welcome board with your child's name and a small balloon arch at the door.
Frozen Decoration at Home or in a Hall?
Frozen works in both, but the two need different planning. At home, a clear wall of about 7 to 8 feet is enough, and the snowflake hangings cover the rest of the room. In a hall or on a terrace the same backdrop looks small against an empty space, so a wider or stage backdrop works better. Tell us the venue while booking so the team carries the right frame size.
Frozen Theme Decoration Price
Type of Setup | Price Range |
|---|---|
Frozen balloon bouquet or simple setup | ₹1,499 to ₹2,499 |
Standard Frozen theme with balloon arch | ₹2,500 to ₹4,999 |
Premium Frozen backdrop decoration | ₹5,000 to ₹9,999 |
Frozen stage or wonderland setup | ₹10,999 onwards |
The final price depends on your city, wall size and how much ceiling and snowflake work you add. Live prices are shown on each package here.
Elsa Only, or the Whole Frozen Family?
Worth deciding before you book. Girls around five and above usually want Elsa alone - the ice palace look, silver snowflakes and a cooler blue. For toddlers and first birthdays an Olaf-led setup works better, because Olaf is friendly and not scary in a big cutout. Anna brings in warmer colours. Tell us which character stays at the centre and the palette is built around it.
Themes Parents Compare With Frozen
Frozen is usually shortlisted along with two or three others. Unicorn theme decoration is the pastel alternative if you want warmer colours, princess theme decoration suits a birthday where the child wants to dress up, and mermaid theme decoration keeps the blue palette but with a summer feel. You can see every theme on our kids theme decoration page. Frozen is also one of the most booked birthday decorations for a baby girl, and if the budget is tight, the budget decor setups are the place to start.
Booking and Same-Day Setup
Pick a Frozen package from this page, choose your date and time slot, and pay 50% online to confirm. The rest is paid once the decoration is done. Same-day Frozen decoration is possible in many cities depending on the slot, though large backdrop and stage setups need at least a day's notice. Call or WhatsApp 8282025444 if you are booking for today.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about BalloonDekor
Do you do Frozen theme balloon decoration for a kids birthday party?
Yes. A Frozen theme birthday decoration includes an ice-blue and white balloon backdrop, Elsa, Anna and Olaf cutouts, snowflake hangings, a number foil balloon for the age and cake table decoration. Our team brings the material and sets it up at your home, hall or terrace.
What is the cost of a Frozen theme birthday decoration?
A simple Frozen balloon setup or bouquet starts around Rs 1,499. A standard Frozen theme with a balloon arch is usually Rs 2,500 to Rs 4,999, a premium backdrop setup is Rs 5,000 to Rs 9,999, and a full stage or wonderland setup starts from Rs 10,999. The price changes with your city and the size of the setup.
Do you provide Frozen theme stage decoration for a birthday?
Yes. For a banquet hall or a large venue we do a wider stage backdrop with a bigger balloon frame, taller side pillars and extra snowflake and ceiling work, because a home-size backdrop looks small in an open hall. Share the venue and stage size while booking so the right frame is carried.
Can I book a Frozen theme decoration on the same day?
Same-day Frozen decoration is possible in many cities, but it depends on the slot and material available that day. Simple and standard setups are easier to arrange at short notice, while large backdrop and stage setups usually need at least a day. For a same-day booking, call or WhatsApp 8282025444 directly.
Can the Frozen theme be customised with a character or colour we want?
Yes. You can keep Elsa at the centre for older girls, make it Olaf-led for toddlers and first birthdays, or bring Anna in for warmer colours. Your child's name and age number are added with foil balloons or on the welcome board. Mention any specific colour or prop while booking so the team carries it.
Is the Frozen theme suitable for a first birthday?
It works well, as long as the setup is planned for that age. For a first birthday we keep Olaf as the main character, use softer blues with more white, and place props low and away from the baby's reach. The ice-blue and white palette also photographs nicely in a normal room.
