Welcome to BalloonDekor. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability of decorators and time slots for your selected date and location. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment (advance or full) and you receive a confirmation with an order ID.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown are for the selected city and may vary by location, theme and add-ons. You may pay the full amount online, or pay an advance to reserve your slot with the balance collected before or at the time of setup. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

3. Setup & Access

You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the decoration venue and any permissions required from your society, venue or building management. Delays in access may affect setup time. Our decorators will complete the setup within the agreed time slot.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address, contact number and event details at checkout.
• Ensure a responsible adult is present at the venue during setup.
• Balloons and props are decorative items — please keep them away from open flames, sharp objects and young children when unsupervised.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Requests to reschedule or cancel are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

6. Liability

While we take great care in every setup, BalloonDekor is not liable for factors beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, or damage caused after handover. Our maximum liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
