Information We Collect

  • Contact details — your name, mobile number and email address, used to confirm bookings and send invoices & updates.
  • Booking details — delivery address, event date, time slot and product selections.
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
  • Usage data — basic analytics about how our website is used, to improve your experience.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfil your bookings and send order confirmations and invoices.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • To send you relevant updates and offers (you can opt out at any time).
  • To improve our website, services and security.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers (such as payment gateways and delivery/decorator partners) as needed to fulfil your booking, and where required by law.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Payments are handled over encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.

BalloonDekor mobile app

This policy also applies to the BalloonDekor Android app. We use account details (name, email address, mobile number and account identifier), saved addresses, cart selections, booking and payment records to provide our services and manage your account. You can sign in using the methods offered in the app. Searches are sent to our servers to return relevant packages. Support messages and review submissions are stored so our team can respond and moderate reviews. Approved reviews display the name and review information you submit publicly.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed through Razorpay. When available, we send your booking name, phone number and email address to prefill checkout. Razorpay processes payment information and may collect checkout interactions, detected UPI payment apps, device identifiers, error logs and performance diagnostics to process payments, prevent fraud and improve payment reliability. We do not store your full card number or UPI credentials. Necessary information is handled by trusted payment, communications, hosting and decoration-service providers to fulfil your booking. We do not sell your personal information.

Security and choices

The app transfers data over encrypted connections. Contact support@balloondekor.com to request access, corrections, deletion of personal information, or to opt out of promotional communications. Operational booking and support communications may still be needed to deliver services you request.

Account deletion and retention

You can request deletion in the app's account settings or at https://balloondekor.com/delete-account. Account deletion removes your profile details, saved addresses, cart, reviews and support tickets, and signs you out. If you have an upcoming active booking, complete or cancel it before deleting the account. Booking and payment records required for legal and tax purposes may be retained for up to eight years and are no longer linked to an active account. Coupon-usage records contain no personal details. Conversations in third-party messaging services remain subject to those services' controls and policies.

We also store review safety reports and blocked-reviewer preferences to moderate content and respect your choices. These reports and preferences are removed with account deletion.
