Question 1

How far in advance should I book Valentine Day decoration?

Accepted Answer

Book at least 5 to 7 days before February 14th. Valentine's Day is the single highest-demand decoration day of the year across India. Evening slots in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore start filling up by February 8th. If you are planning a midnight setup for February 14th, book by February 7th at the latest.

Question 2

Is same-day Valentine Day decoration available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, same-day service is available in most cities - but not guaranteed on February 13th and 14th, which are the two most booked days of the year. For same-day Valentine decoration, book as early in the morning as possible. Check real-time slot availability on the website when booking.

Question 3

Can the Valentine decoration be set up as a surprise while I keep my partner out of the house?

Accepted Answer

Yes - this is how most Valentine Day decoration bookings work. You step out with your partner for 2 to 3 hours, the decorator enters the home, sets everything up, and sends a confirmation when done. Share the home access details and any building security requirements in the booking form. The coordinator manages the entry arrangement in advance.

Question 4

Can I get Valentine Day decoration done in a hotel room?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share the hotel name, room number, and check-in time during booking. The coordinator contacts the hotel in advance to confirm decorator access and agree on the setup within the hotel's guidelines. LED candles are used if the hotel restricts open flames.

Question 5

What colour theme works best for Valentine Day room decoration?

Accepted Answer

Red and gold is the most classic choice and works for every couple. Rose gold and white is the most popular modern choice for younger couples. Pink and white works well for softer, more intimate setups. Mention your preferred colour theme during booking and the decorator comes with material matched to your palette.

Question 6

Is Valentine Day decoration available for proposals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Proposal decoration for Valentine's Day - balloon arch, fairy light canopy, Will You Marry Me foil letters, and rose petal trail - is one of our most specifically booked services in February. Book at least 5 days in advance for proposal setups as these fill up first.

Question 7

Can I book both room decoration and bed decoration together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many couples book both as a combined setup - the living room or drawing room is decorated for when you first arrive home together, and the bedroom is set up separately for later in the evening. Mention both requirements during booking and the decorator sets up both spaces in one visit.

Question 8

What if I need to cancel or reschedule the Valentine Day decoration booking?

Accepted Answer

Check the cancellation and rescheduling policy on the BalloonDekor website at the time of booking. Given that Valentine's Day slots are limited and in very high demand, rescheduling to a different time on February 14th may not always be possible. If your plans change, contact the support team as early as possible.
