Room decoration packages on BalloonDekor start from ₹999 for a simple balloon setup. Romantic room decoration with fairy lights and rose petals ranges from ₹1,999 to ₹3,499. Premium setups with flowers, canopy, and personalised elements go up to ₹8,999. Every price is shown on the product page before you confirm - no calls, no quotes.

How does the surprise room decoration work if I cannot be home during the setup?

You do not need to be home. The decorator enters using the access arrangement you share during booking - a spare key with a neighbour, a building security confirmation, or a family member who lets them in. The coordinator confirms the entry arrangement with the decorator in advance so everything is managed before the day.

How long does room decoration take to set up?

A simple balloon or ring decoration takes 30 to 40 minutes. A full romantic room setup with fairy lights, rose petals, and foil letters takes 60 to 90 minutes. Premium setups with canopy and flower arrangements can take up to 2 hours. Book the time slot with enough buffer before the person is expected to arrive.

Is same-day room decoration available?

Yes, same-day room decoration is available in most cities. If you book before noon, an evening slot is usually available in metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata. For smaller cities, check slot availability on the website at the time of booking.

Will the decorator use real candles or LED candles?

Both options are available. If your package includes candles, the decorator will use LED tea lights by default as they are safer and work well in all room types. If you specifically want real wax candles, mention it during booking. For hotel room setups, we always use LED lights as most hotels do not permit open flames.

What if the person comes home early and catches the decorator still setting up?

This is why we always recommend keeping the person out for at least 90 minutes beyond the decorator's start time. If they are heading back earlier than expected, call the support team immediately - they will contact the decorator to speed up or manage the situation. This is rare when the timing buffer is planned properly.

Do you offer room decoration for hotel rooms as well?

Yes. Room decoration is available for hotel rooms across all our service cities. Share the hotel name, room number, and check-in time during booking. The coordinator contacts the hotel in advance to confirm access for the decorator and agree on the setup method within the hotel's guidelines.

Please note that our decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the location. If entry is delayed beyond this time due to any reason (including security clearance, customer unavailability, or venue restrictions), the decorator may leave the location.
You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the balloons away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to prevent them from popping or deflating.
Indoor Placement Preferred: For longer-lasting decoration, place the balloons indoors in a cool and dry environment.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pets to prevent accidental popping.
Supervise Children: Balloons can be a choking hazard; keep an eye on young children around the decoration.
Longevity: Latex balloons typically last 8–12 hours when air-filled . We use paper tape for decoration which don’t damage wall if removed within 24 hours. (We don’t use helium balloons )
Handle with Care: While moving or rearranging decorations, handle the balloons gently to avoid damage.
Except Balloons everything is on rental basis (stand , neon light, table etc) the very next day it will be taken back.
