Frequently asked questions

How much does birthday decoration at home cost in India?

Birthday decoration at home starts from ₹999 for a simple balloon wall and basic room setup. Standard birthday decoration packages with themed props, foil letters, and fairy lights run ₹1,499 to ₹3,499. Premium birthday decoration with organic balloon garlands, LED backdrops, and full-room installations runs ₹4,999 to ₹25,000+. All prices are fixed at the time of booking with no additions on the day of the setup.

Can I book same-day birthday decoration?

Yes. Same-day birthday decoration is available across most cities if you book before 1 PM. For same-day slots in the evening, book as early in the morning as possible to ensure decorator availability. Midnight birthday decoration is also available on request - book at least 4 to 6 hours in advance and confirm the midnight slot with our support team before finalising.

How does a surprise birthday decoration setup work?

One family member or partner makes the booking and coordinates access for the decorator. The birthday decorator arrives at the address, gets access through a sibling, building guard, or trusted contact, finishes the setup in 60 to 120 minutes, sends a confirmation photo to the booking contact, and leaves before the birthday person arrives. The entire surprise birthday decoration process runs without the birthday person knowing anything until they walk in.

Do birthday decorators bring all the materials?

Yes. The birthday decorator arrives with every material included in the package - balloons, foil letters, fairy lights, themed props, character cutouts, rose petals, and any other elements listed in the booking. You do not need to buy or arrange anything separately. The decorator also handles the cleanup of any packing material after the setup is complete.

Is birthday decoration available for hotel rooms?

Yes. Hotel room birthday decoration is available across all major Indian cities. We contact the hotel front desk directly, confirm access before your arrival, complete the setup in the room, and send a confirmation photo when done. Book at least 24 to 48 hours in advance for hotel room birthday decoration and mention the hotel name, city, and check-in time at the time of booking.

What is the cheapest birthday decoration option available?

The most affordable birthday decoration starts at ₹999 and includes a clean balloon wall in your chosen colours, a basic Happy Birthday foil banner, and fairy light strings. Birthday decoration under ₹2000 is available across most cities and works well for simple home setups, small room birthday decoration in a 1BHK or 2BHK flat, and last-minute birthday surprise setups where budget is a constraint. All prices are visible upfront at booking with no hidden charges.

Care & handlingKeep your décor looking its best

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the balloons away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to prevent them from popping or deflating.
Indoor Placement Preferred: For longer-lasting decoration, place the balloons indoors in a cool and dry environment.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pets to prevent accidental popping.
Supervise Children: Balloons can be a choking hazard; keep an eye on young children around the decoration.
Longevity: Latex balloons typically last 8–12 hours when air-filled . We use paper tape for decoration which don’t damage wall if removed within 24 hours. (We don’t use helium balloons )
Handle with Care: While moving or rearranging decorations, handle the balloons gently to avoid damage.
Except Balloons everything is on rental basis (stand , neon light, table etc) the very next day it will be taken back.
