Ideally 3 to 5 days before the wedding date. During peak wedding seasons — November through February and April through June — decorators get booked out fast, especially on auspicious muhurat dates when multiple weddings happen in the same city on the same day. If your wedding date is fixed, book the car decoration the same week you confirm your other vendors. Leaving it for the last two days is a risk that is not worth taking on a wedding day.

Will the flowers and decoration damage my car's paint or body?

Accepted Answer

No — provided the decorator is using the right attachment method, which all BalloonDekor decorators are trained to do. Flowers are attached using floral wire, soft clips, and moisture-retaining wrapping that grip the car without scratching the surface.

Question 3

Can the decorator come to the wedding venue instead of my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and this is actually the more common arrangement for Baraat and reception car setups. The decorator comes to whichever location the car will be parked at the time of decoration — your home, the hotel lobby parking, the banquet hall, the wedding venue, or anywhere else. Just share the specific address and the parking location during booking. The coordinator confirms the arrival plan in advance so the decorator knows exactly where to go and at what time

Can I get both the bride's car and the groom's car decorated through one booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is one of the most common requests we receive — the Baraat car needs to be decorated in the morning at the groom's home, and the bridal car needs to be ready at the bride's home for Vidaai in the evening. Both can be booked together in a single session on the website.

Can the car decoration be customised to match our wedding colour theme?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and this is something most families specifically request. If your wedding colour theme is red and gold, the flower arrangement and ribbons will be done in red and gold. If it is pastel pink and white, the decorator brings flowers and material in those shades. You can mention the colour preference, the bride's outfit colour, or the overall wedding theme during booking and the setup will be designed around it.

What car models do you decorate and is there any car that cannot be decorated?

We decorate all standard car models used at Indian weddings — Maruti Swift, Dzire, Baleno, and Brezza for everyday setups; Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Creta, and Kia Seltos for mid-range bookings; Toyota Innova Crysta, Fortuner, and Legender for premium groom and bridal cars; and luxury vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, and Audi for high-end wedding setups. The decoration design is proportioned based on the car model .
