Yes, we decorate matkis and set up the complete dahi handi arrangement for societies, clubs and community events, including stage backdrops and entrance arches for the celebration.

How much time does the setup take on Janmashtami day?

A standard home setup takes 60 to 90 minutes. Since Janmashtami is a high demand day, we recommend booking your slot 2 to 3 days in advance so you get your preferred time before the evening rush.

Is same day Janmashtami decoration available?

Same day booking is available in most cities if slots are open, but availability on Janmashtami itself is limited. Booking early guarantees your slot and gives you more design options to choose from.

Do you decorate for dahi handi events in societies and clubs?

Yes. For society and club celebrations we decorate the matki, rig the dahi handi at height, and set up the stage backdrop, entrance arch and lighting for the govinda event. These are larger setups, so we plan them a day in advance with your committee.

Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
Please note that our decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the location. If entry is delayed beyond this time due to any reason (including security clearance, customer unavailability, or venue restrictions), the decorator may leave the location.
You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Care & handlingKeep your décor looking its best

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the balloons away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to prevent them from popping or deflating.
Indoor Placement Preferred: For longer-lasting decoration, place the balloons indoors in a cool and dry environment.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pets to prevent accidental popping.
Supervise Children: Balloons can be a choking hazard; keep an eye on young children around the decoration.
Longevity: Latex balloons typically last 8–12 hours when air-filled . We use paper tape for decoration which don’t damage wall if removed within 24 hours. (We don’t use helium balloons )
Handle with Care: While moving or rearranging decorations, handle the balloons gently to avoid damage.
Except Balloons everything is on rental basis (stand , neon light, table etc) the very next day it will be taken back.
