You do not need to be home. The decorator enters using the access arrangement you share during booking - a spare key with a neighbour, a building security confirmation, or a family member who lets them in. The coordinator confirms the entry arrangement with the decorator in advance so everything is managed before the day.

A simple balloon or ring decoration takes 30 to 40 minutes. A full romantic room setup with fairy lights, rose petals, and foil letters takes 60 to 90 minutes. Premium setups with canopy and flower arrangements can take up to 2 hours. Book the time slot with enough buffer before the person is expected to arrive.

Is same-day room decoration available?

Yes, same-day room decoration is available in most cities. If you book before noon, an evening slot is usually available in metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata. For smaller cities, check slot availability on the website at the time of booking.

Will the decorator use real candles or LED candles?

Both options are available. If your package includes candles, the decorator will use LED tea lights by default as they are safer and work well in all room types. If you specifically want real wax candles, mention it during booking. For hotel room setups, we always use LED lights as most hotels do not permit open flames.

What if the person comes home early and catches the decorator still setting up?

This is why we always recommend keeping the person out for at least 90 minutes beyond the decorator's start time. If they are heading back earlier than expected, call the support team immediately - they will contact the decorator to speed up or manage the situation. This is rare when the timing buffer is planned properly.
