Do you provide Independence Day decoration for offices?

Yes, corporate decoration is our biggest segment for 15th August. We decorate receptions, stages, cafeterias, work bays and photo booth areas. We also provide GST invoices and can handle multi-branch bookings across cities.

How early should a company book Independence Day decoration?

We recommend booking at least 5 to 7 days in advance for corporate setups. Morning slots on 14th and 15th August fill up first. Small home setups can often be booked 1 to 2 days before.

Can you set up decoration before office hours?

Yes. Our teams regularly do early morning setups between 6 and 9 am, and we can also decorate the previous evening after your staff leaves, whichever suits your schedule.

What is included in a tricolor balloon decoration package?

Each package lists its exact inclusions - typically balloons in saffron, white and green, arch or backdrop structure, setup at your venue and removal if selected. Add-ons like foil banners, Ashoka Chakra walls and photo booths can be included on request.

How much does Independence Day decoration cost?

It depends on the setup size and city. Simple arches and home setups are budget friendly, while full corporate stage and multi-area setups cost more. All prices are shown on the packages on this page, and custom quotes are shared quickly on WhatsApp.

Do you provide flag hoisting stage decoration?

Yes. Stage backdrops, podium styling, tricolor draping, balloon arrangements and welcome boards for chief guests are all available. This is one of our most booked corporate services for 15th August.

Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
Please note that our decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the location. If entry is delayed beyond this time due to any reason (including security clearance, customer unavailability, or venue restrictions), the decorator may leave the location.
You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Care & handlingKeep your décor looking its best

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the balloons away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to prevent them from popping or deflating.
Indoor Placement Preferred: For longer-lasting decoration, place the balloons indoors in a cool and dry environment.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pets to prevent accidental popping.
Supervise Children: Balloons can be a choking hazard; keep an eye on young children around the decoration.
Longevity: Latex balloons typically last 8–12 hours when air-filled . We use paper tape for decoration which don’t damage wall if removed within 24 hours. (We don’t use helium balloons )
Handle with Care: While moving or rearranging decorations, handle the balloons gently to avoid damage.
Except Balloons everything is on rental basis (stand , neon light, table etc) the very next day it will be taken back.
