Question 1

How do I order a balloon bouquet online from BalloonDekor?

Accepted Answer

Go to balloondekor.com/balloon-bouquets, choose the bouquet design that fits the occasion, select your delivery city and time slot, enter the recipient's address, and confirm the order. The local decorator in that city assembles the bouquet fresh and delivers it at the chosen time.

Question 2

Is same-day balloon bouquet delivery really available?

Accepted Answer

Yes - in most major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Noida, and Gurgaon. Order before noon for same-day evening delivery. Check real-time slot availability for your city when placing the order.

Question 3

Can I customise the balloon colours or add a message?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most bouquets support colour customisation - mention your preferred colour scheme or the recipient's favourite colours in the order notes. A personalised message card can also be added to the bouquet. For very specific requests like a particular character foil balloon or a custom text balloon, order at least a day in advance.

Question 4

How long do balloon bouquets stay inflated after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Foil balloons stay inflated for 3 to 5 days indoors under normal conditions. Latex balloons stay fully inflated for 12 to 24 hours. Keep the bouquet indoors away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to extend the life. If the bouquet is for a midnight delivery, the balloons will be in perfect condition through the celebration.

Question 5

Can I send a balloon bouquet to someone in another city?

Accepted Answer

Yes - this is one of the most common use cases for balloon bouquet delivery on BalloonDekor. You place the order from wherever you are, the local decorator in the recipient's city assembles and delivers the bouquet. Works for birthdays, anniversaries, and surprise deliveries across all 72 cities we cover.

Question 6

Is midnight balloon bouquet delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, midnight delivery is available for birthdays and anniversaries in most major cities. The bouquet is delivered right at midnight or within the midnight time window you select. Book at least a day in advance for midnight slots as these fill up quickly on weekends and around special occasions like Valentine's Day.

Question 7

Can I add a gift along with the balloon bouquet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many BalloonDekor balloon bouquet packages include or allow add-ons - a small gift, a personalised card, or a flower arrangement alongside the bouquet. Check the product page for available add-on options when placing your order.

Question 8

What if the balloons are damaged during delivery?

Accepted Answer

Every bouquet is assembled locally and transported carefully by the decorator to the delivery address. If the bouquet arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, contact the support team immediately with a photo. BalloonDekor has a proper resolution process and will either replace the bouquet or provide a refund based on the situation.
