Same-day booking is available in most cities but securing a slot in advance removes any last-minute uncertainty from an already busy wedding day.

Can the decorator set up the room while we are at the wedding venue?

Yes - this is how most first night decoration bookings work. The decorator arrives at the home or hotel while the wedding ceremonies are still happening, completes the setup, and leaves before the couple arrives. You share the access details during booking and the coordinator manages the entry arrangement in advance.

Will the decoration affect the couple's sleep or comfort in the room?

No. Our decorators are specifically trained to set up first night decoration in a way that keeps the bed fully usable and the room comfortable. Petals and flowers are placed around the bed, not in a way that needs to be cleared before the couple can lie down. Candles are positioned safely away from fabric and bedding.

Do you use fresh flowers or artificial flowers?

We use fresh flowers for all first night decoration packages that include floral elements. The specific flowers used - roses, carnations, orchids, marigolds - depend on seasonal availability and your colour preference. Mention any specific flower preference during booking and we will confirm availability.

Can you decorate a hotel room for the first night?

Yes. Our decorators are experienced with hotel room setups. Share the hotel name, room number, and check-in details during booking. The coordinator contacts the hotel in advance to confirm access and agree on the decoration method within the hotel's guidelines.

What if the couple arrives earlier than expected and sees the decorator still setting up?

This is why we recommend building a 2-hour buffer between the decorator's arrival time and the couple's expected arrival. If the wedding schedule runs significantly ahead of time, contact the support team immediately - they will coordinate with the decorator to speed up the setup or manage the situation.

Can I add a personalised message or the couple's name to the decoration?

es. Most first night decoration packages support personalisation - the couple's names on a foil letter arrangement, a custom message on the backdrop, or a specific colour scheme matching the wedding theme. Mention the personalisation requirement during booking and the decorator comes prepared.

Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
Please note that our decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the location. If entry is delayed beyond this time due to any reason (including security clearance, customer unavailability, or venue restrictions), the decorator may leave the location.
You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Care & handlingKeep your décor looking its best

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the balloons away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to prevent them from popping or deflating.
Indoor Placement Preferred: For longer-lasting decoration, place the balloons indoors in a cool and dry environment.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pets to prevent accidental popping.
Supervise Children: Balloons can be a choking hazard; keep an eye on young children around the decoration.
Longevity: Latex balloons typically last 8–12 hours when air-filled . We use paper tape for decoration which don’t damage wall if removed within 24 hours. (We don’t use helium balloons )
Handle with Care: While moving or rearranging decorations, handle the balloons gently to avoid damage.
Except Balloons everything is on rental basis (stand , neon light, table etc) the very next day it will be taken back.
