Can I customise the balloon colours or add a message?

Yes. Most bouquets support colour customisation - mention your preferred colour scheme or the recipient's favourite colours in the order notes. A personalised message card can also be added to the bouquet. For very specific requests like a particular character foil balloon or a custom text balloon, order at least a day in advance.

How long do balloon bouquets stay inflated after delivery?

Foil balloons stay inflated for 3 to 5 days indoors under normal conditions. Latex balloons stay fully inflated for 12 to 24 hours. Keep the bouquet indoors away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to extend the life. If the bouquet is for a midnight delivery, the balloons will be in perfect condition through the celebration.

What if the balloons are damaged during delivery?

Every bouquet is assembled locally and transported carefully by the decorator to the delivery address. If the bouquet arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, contact the support team immediately with a photo. BalloonDekor has a proper resolution process and will either replace the bouquet or provide a refund based on the situation.

Please note that our decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the location. If entry is delayed beyond this time due to any reason (including security clearance, customer unavailability, or venue restrictions), the decorator may leave the location.
You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep the balloons away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to prevent them from popping or deflating.
Indoor Placement Preferred: For longer-lasting decoration, place the balloons indoors in a cool and dry environment.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pets to prevent accidental popping.
Supervise Children: Balloons can be a choking hazard; keep an eye on young children around the decoration.
Longevity: Latex balloons typically last 8–12 hours when air-filled . We use paper tape for decoration which don’t damage wall if removed within 24 hours. (We don’t use helium balloons )
Handle with Care: While moving or rearranging decorations, handle the balloons gently to avoid damage.
Except Balloons everything is on rental basis (stand , neon light, table etc) the very next day it will be taken back.
