We recommend booking our services at least 2 to 3 days in advance. However, we also offer same-day delivery. Please contact us for slot availability.

Yes, we provide customizations based on your preferences. You can change balloon colors, add name and age foils, and more. Simply reach out to us to discuss your specific requirements.

What do you mean by time slots?

Time slots are set times when you can book our services. For example, if you select the time slot of 2-4pm then your decoration will be getting ready by 4pm.

How much time do you take to setup the decoration?

Accepted Answer

The time needed depends on factors like the decor's complexity and the venue size. Simple setups take 1-2 hours, while premium decorations may need more hours. We ensure timely and efficient setup for every event.

Question 5

Do you only provide materials or do you also decorate?

Accepted Answer

We provide materials and also handle the decoration. Our professional decorators will come at your given location with all the materials and complete the decoration on-time.

Question 6

Can I keep the decoration items or it’s on a rental basis?

Accepted Answer

If you select simple balloon decoration then you can keep all the materials. However, if your decoration includes neon lights, LED letters, metal standees, cake table, focus light, artificial flowers, baby box and cutouts, it will be taken back the next day.

Do you bring the ladder for decorations?

No, the clients need to provide the ladder or chair for the decoration.
