Booking & Cancellation Policy - BalloonDekor

Booking Policy:

1. We recommend booking our services 7-10 days in advance to secure your preferred slot. Our availability fills up quickly, so early reservations are ideal.

2. We do accept last-minute bookings up to 12 hours before the event, subject to availability. To confirm a last-minute booking, please contact us at 8910960060.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Less than 24 hours before the event date: No refund will be provided.

2. 24 to 72 hours before the event date: A cancellation fee of ₹1000 or 50% of the amount paid (whichever is lower) will be charged.

3. Before 4 Days: A flat cancellation charge of ₹500 will apply.

Exceptions:

1. In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (acts of nature), rescheduling is allowed, but no refunds will be issued.

2. Perishable items (cakes, bouquets, etc.) are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable.

3. For bookings on Valentine's Day (13th & 14th Feb), Christmas (25th Dec), New Year's Eve (31st Dec), and other special event days, cancellations are not permitted due to the special nature of these packages.

4. For Room & Decoration Packages or Candlelight Packages, 100% of the package cost will be forfeited in case of cancellation.

Reschedule Policy:

1. Less than 24 hours before the event: Rescheduling is subject to approval.

2. 24 hours to 3 days before the event: Rescheduling is allowed at zero additional fee.

3. 3 days or more before the event: Rescheduling is allowed at zero additional fee.

4. Rescheduling is NOT available for bookings on Valentine's Day (13th & 14th Feb), Christmas (25th Dec), New Year's Eve (31st Dec), and other special event days.

Other Information:

1. Cake and Bouquet orders cannot be canceled on the same day of the event.

Operating Hours:

1. We operate Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM. (Closed on Sunday)
