1. What types of events do you cater to?

At Balloon Dekor, we cater to all types of events, including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, baby showers, and more. Our services are designed to enhance any celebration with beautiful and personalized decorations.

2. How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services 7-10 days prior to your event to ensure availability and secure your slot. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings up to 12 hours before the event if slots are available. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly at 7450960060.

3. What areas do you serve?

Balloon Dekor proudly serves over 500 cities across the country. No matter where your event is located, our extensive network allows us to provide consistent and high-quality decoration services.

4. Can you customize decorations for my event?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating customized decorations that reflect your personal style and the theme of your event. Our team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Less than 24 hours before the Event: No refund will be provided.
  • 24 to 72 hours before the Event: A cancellation fee of Rs 1000 or 50%, whichever is lower.
  • 3-7 Days before the Event: A flat cancellation charge of Rs 500.
  • 7 Days or more before the Event: No cancellation charges apply.

Please note that cancellations are not possible for experiences booked on Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year's Eve (31st December), and other special event days. For Room & Decoration Packages or Candle Light Packages, 100% of the package cost will be forfeited for any cancellations.

6. What is your reschedule policy?

  • Less than 24 hours before the experience: Rescheduling is subject to approval in certain cases.
  • 24 hours to 3 days before the experience: Rescheduling at zero fee.
  • 3 days or more before the experience: Rescheduling at zero fee.

Rescheduling is not possible for experiences booked on Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year's Eve (31st December), and other special event days.
